The experience in our family farm is unique it will also remain unforgettable to every guest as it is a once in a lifetime experience.
To begin with, most people ignore the tasting process of olive oil as it can be tasted with two different senses; not only with our mouth but also with our nose.
The experience will begin with a walk in our estate in order for our guests to familiarize with the whole process of production. Additionally, the experience will continue with a visit to the specially designed space where olive oil is stored and there our guests will be able to taste olive oil, according to the official procedure using the appropriate blue glasses.
Finally, they will have the chance to try traditional Greek cuisine by Mama Kontessa in the family taverna which is located next to our farm.
Side note: All our guests will be given a bottle of olive oil as a gift.

Step 4: Building the Model UnitImage: Construction in progress Our team worked tirelessly to bring our design to life, constructing the model unit to exact specifications, incorporating all the sustainable features and technologies.
Step 5: Showcasing the POCImage: Open house event with visitors exploring the model unit We opened the doors to our model unit, inviting visitors, potential investors, and partners to explore and experience our innovative concept firsthand. This allowed them to see, touch, and feel the sustainable features in action.
Step 6: Data and FeedbackGraphs and charts showcasing energy consumption and cost savings We gathered valuable data on energy consumption, cost savings, and more from the model unit. Visitor feedback and expert opinions were crucial in understanding the market's interest and perspectives on our concept.
Section 3: The Results Image: Presentation slides summarizing the results With the data and feedback collected during the POC phase, we've created a compelling presentation that demonstrates the feasibility, benefits, and market potential of our sustainable real estate concept. We are excited to share the positive outcomes with you.

From cooking with Stelios and his mum, a full tour, history and explanation of the olive oil making process, to a tasting of different olive oils and finally enjoying the food we had cooked in the taverna with the group. We had a fantastic time on this experience! Stelios and his mother were so welcoming and informative. The whole tour felt very relaxed, which is just what you want when on holiday. I felt like I learnt a lot, without being talked at for too long. The olive oil tasting was an eye opener and a totally new experience for us. The food we made with Mama tasted amazing – there was so much of it that we needed a nap afterwards! I would highly recommend this small group experience for something totally unique and in insight into Greek culture and industry.
