Welcome to AllShar! Our platform is dedicated to revolutionizing the real estate sector by fostering a community-driven ecosystem for sharing, funding, and bringing real estate ideas to life. By using AllShar, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines posted on our site.
AllShar’s Responsibility: Provide a secure, reliable platform connecting real estate visionaries with the community.
User’s Responsibility: Engage with the platform, respecting the rules and contributing to a positive environment.
Changes to Terms: We may update these terms occasionally. We’ll notify you about significant changes, and continuing to use AllShar means accepting those changes.
2. Account Creation and Responsibility
To participate fully in AllShar’s ecosystem, you’ll need to create an account, providing accurate information. You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction. You’re responsible for your account’s security and all activities under it. Report unauthorized use immediately.
3. Community Conduct
AllShar is built on trust and respect. Here’s what we expect from you:
- Legal Compliance: Adhere to all laws, respect others’ rights, and don’t engage in fraudulent activities.
- Honesty and Transparency: Be truthful in your communications and project descriptions. Misleading or fraudulent behavior is prohibited.
- Respect Privacy: Handle any personal information with care and only for project-related purposes.
- Intellectual Property: Only post content you have the right to share. Respect others’ intellectual property rights.
Violations of these guidelines may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Project Creation and Backing
Creators: When you launch a project on AllShar, you’re making a commitment to your backers to follow through on your promises. Communicate openly and work diligently to bring your project to fruition.
Backers: Supporting a project is about more than just financial contributions. It’s about being part of something innovative. Projects on AllShar are not guaranteed — they involve risk, and success is a collaborative effort.
5. Financial Transactions
Funds are only collected if a project meets its funding goals. AllShar charges a 7%Â fee for successfully funded projects, in addition to any payment processing fees. We strive to create a transparent and fair financial ecosystem for both creators and backers.
6. Use of Services
AllShar is for personal, non-commercial use, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any commercial use requires our prior written consent.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain rights to the content you submit but grant AllShar a license to use it for platform-related purposes.
AllShar’s Content: Our services, including all related intellectual property, are protected by law. Use of our content for any commercial purpose without permission is prohibited.
8. Termination and Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time. Some content, like past project descriptions, may remain for historical purposes unless specific removal is requested and approved.
9. Dispute Resolution
AllShar is based in Skopje, North Macedonia, and any disputes will be governed by the laws of EU Jurisdiction. We encourage resolving disputes through customer support or mediation before seeking legal recourse.
10. General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AllShar. If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our rights.
