Step 3: Securing Approvals Image: Building permits and zoning approvals Before any construction began, we diligently obtained the necessary permits and approvals from local authorities to ensure compliance with all zoning laws and building codes.
Step 4: Building the Model UnitImage: Construction in progress Our team worked tirelessly to bring our design to life, constructing the model unit to exact specifications, incorporating all the sustainable features and technologies.
Step 5: Showcasing the POCImage: Open house event with visitors exploring the model unit We opened the doors to our model unit, inviting visitors, potential investors, and partners to explore and experience our innovative concept firsthand. Visitor feedback and expert opinions were crucial in understanding the market's interest and perspectives on our concept.

We picked this kind of last minute to get out of the city and had a wonderful time. We were able to beat the crowds and had a wonderful and personalized experience at the temple. The beach after was lovely. He even dropped us off at a great restaurant near our place afterwards.

What a great start to our last day in Greece. The drive to the temple was incredibly scenic, and featured coffee, pastries, and great conversation.
Niko was accommodating with some physical limitations of our group, and was able to pivot plans to make sure everyone had a great time that matches their capabilities.
We’ll be booking more with him the next time we’re in Athens!
