We will start early to beat the heat and crowds. We will meet in Koum Kapi and run through the city, past the harbour and lighthouse and onto the Nea Chora and the beach there, where we will turn around and come back to Koum Kapi. Here we can go for a refreshing dip in the sea.
This is an all inclusive running group, so we will run at a very relaxed pace with opportunities to stop and take photos.
The route is approx 3.5 miles / 5.5kms, flat and all road with beautiful views of the sea on one side and the charming Chania architecture on the other side.
During the run I will highlight all the points of interest, my recommendations for shops, restaurants and bars and other places to visit. I can talk to you about the culture here and how best to get the most of your trip including the best places to run for roads, trails, mountains and villages.
