Step 3: Securing Approvals Image: Building permits and zoning approvals Before any construction began, we diligently obtained the necessary permits and approvals from local authorities to ensure compliance with all zoning laws and building codes.
Step 4: Building the Model UnitImage: Construction in progress Our team worked tirelessly to bring our design to life, constructing the model unit to exact specifications, incorporating all the sustainable features and technologies.

Our family had a wonderful day with Vivi, her mum and the rest of her team learning to cook various Cretan dishes including Mousaka, stuffed peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes, dolmades, tzatziki, feta pies and more. Our 3 kids enjoyed as much as we did and Vivi and her team were a true pleasure. After cooking, we enjoyed every dish and took some leftovers. Definitely recommend for adults and children.
