We will meet in the city of Lesvos in Mytilene. Then we will drive to the forest where the bee hives are located. I will provide you the protective gear and we will open the hives to explore the bee world. We ll taste honey pollen royal jelly, learn to distinguish the worker bees, drones, the bee queen and how everything works in the hive.

We believe that by embracing green technologies and design principles, we can create a better quality of life for residents while reducing our environmental footprint.
Section 2: Proof of Concept Image: A small-scale model unit showcasing sustainable features
Step 1: Selecting the Perfect Location To illustrate the potential of our concept, we carefully chose a small parcel of land in the target urban area that embodies the characteristics of our larger vision.
Step 2: Innovative DesignImage: Architectural renderings of the model unit We've designed a beautiful, energy-efficient model unit that showcases our sustainable features, including solar panels, energy-efficient insulation, green building materials, and state-of-the-art smart home technology.
Step 3: Securing Approvals Image: Building permits and zoning approvals Before any construction began, we diligently obtained the necessary permits and approvals from local authorities to ensure compliance with all zoning laws and building codes.
Step 4: Building the Model UnitImage: Construction in progress Our team worked tirelessly to bring our design to life, constructing the model unit to exact specifications, incorporating all the sustainable features and technologies.
Step 5: Showcasing the POCImage: Open house event with visitors exploring the model unit We opened the doors to our model unit, inviting visitors, potential investors, and partners to explore and experience our innovative concept firsthand. This allowed them to see, touch, and feel the sustainable features in action.
Step 6: Data and FeedbackGraphs and charts showcasing energy consumption and cost savings We gathered valuable data on energy consumption, cost savings, and more from the model unit. Visitor feedback and expert opinions were crucial in understanding the market's interest and perspectives on our concept.
Section 3: The Results Image: Presentation slides summarizing the results With the data and feedback collected during the POC phase, we've created a compelling presentation that demonstrates the feasibility, benefits, and market potential of our sustainable real estate concept. We are excited to share the positive outcomes with you.

My wife and I loved this experience! After spending almost a month in Greece exploring different places and doing new things, this experience was the best one we have done so far. Leandros picked us up at our hotel and drove us to the area where he keeps his hives. It was beautiful being out in nature and seeing an area we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Leandros taught us all about bees, their lifecycle, and the role of a beekeeper. The honey they made was the best honey we’ve ever had and there’s something special about having it so fresh from the source you can see. At the end we each had a turn being a beekeeper under Leandros’ guidance. Thank you Leandros for this wonderful experience! I would highly recommend this to anyone!

My wife and I went on this experience with 0 expectations, and it was honestly the highlight of our trip – noting that we have been all over Greece and stayed in a luxury resort, this has by far been the stand out!!! Leandros was super accommodating- picking us up from wherever we wanted, and so so so Knowledgeable. His English is fantastic so there’s no concern around the language barrier, and is so enthusiastic about bees, nature and sustainability it’s inspiring. He has great conversation, but if you’re not keen to talk he will definitely respect that too! We learnt about the lifecycle of the bee, how they create honey, wax and honeycomb in fully interactive experiences. We tasted the best honey I’ve had in my life, and got the chance to be a real beekeeper – checking the hive in the way that one would in their everyday.
I cannot recommend this experience more and I hope that everyone has the privilege of experiencing this.
