This 2-hour experience is slow-paced and appropriate for all ages. Participants will also enjoy a visit to the garden pond, where turtles, ducks, and swans live. To conclude the plant walk, participants will experience a calming guided tree meditation (no meditation experience necessary).
The experience provides participants a fun, educational, nature-filled, and calming experience amidst the hustle and bustle of Athens.

 Step 1: Selecting the Perfect Location To illustrate the potential of our concept, we carefully chose a small parcel of land in the target urban area that embodies the characteristics of our larger vision.
Step 2: Innovative DesignImage: Architectural renderings of the model unit We've designed a beautiful, energy-efficient model unit that showcases our sustainable features, including solar panels, energy-efficient insulation, green building materials, and state-of-the-art smart home technology.
Step 3: Securing Approvals Image: Building permits and zoning approvals Before any construction began, we diligently obtained the necessary permits and approvals from local authorities to ensure compliance with all zoning laws and building codes.
Step 4: Building the Model UnitImage: Construction in progress Our team worked tirelessly to bring our design to life, constructing the model unit to exact specifications, incorporating all the sustainable features and technologies.
Step 5: Showcasing the POCImage: Open house event with visitors exploring the model unit We opened the doors to our model unit, inviting visitors, potential investors, and partners to explore and experience our innovative concept firsthand. Visitor feedback and expert opinions were crucial in understanding the market's interest and perspectives on our concept.

We really enjoyed the walk through the National Gardens with Maria. It was a very hot day, but was cool and comfortable there with all the shade from the large, old trees. I thought 2 hours would be too long but the time flew by with all the interesting stories Maria tells. I would definitely recommend this experience if you are interested in plants and/or history.

I really enjoyed this Airbnb experience and found it different and interesting! Maria, being a clinical herbalist, is very knowledgeable about plants which was evident in her thorough explanations of the different trees / plants we encountered. I loved the Greek mythology she wove into the plant medicine facts as well as the beautiful tree meditation in a quiet area at the end of our excursion. All in all, I recommend this experience!
