 Step 1: Selecting the Perfect Location To illustrate the potential of our concept, we carefully chose a small parcel of land in the target urban area that embodies the characteristics of our larger vision.
Step 2: Innovative DesignImage: Architectural renderings of the model unit We've designed a beautiful, energy-efficient model unit that showcases our sustainable features, including solar panels, energy-efficient insulation, green building materials, and state-of-the-art smart home technology.
Step 3: Securing Approvals Image: Building permits and zoning approvals Before any construction began, we diligently obtained the necessary permits and approvals from local authorities to ensure compliance with all zoning laws and building codes.
Step 4: Building the Model UnitImage: Construction in progress Our team worked tirelessly to bring our design to life, constructing the model unit to exact specifications, incorporating all the sustainable features and technologies.
Step 5: Showcasing the POCImage: Open house event with visitors exploring the model unit We opened the doors to our model unit, inviting visitors, potential investors, and partners to explore and experience our innovative concept firsthand. This allowed them to see, touch, and feel the sustainable features in action.

Visitor feedback and expert opinions were crucial in understanding the market's interest and perspectives on our concept.

A perfect day! Mary and George were accommodating, personable, knowledgeable, professional and kind. We expected the drive to Delphi to feel long, but it flew by. The area is even more beautiful than photos depict. And the lunch — excellent.

This is a phenomenal experience George and Mary were extremely informational about Greek History in the modern and ancient age. The restaurant they chose for lunch was absolutely superb. The use of locally sourced foods such as octopus and lamb gave a culinary perspective I have not seen in my life. I learned so much about the region, culture and how they live on a day to day basis. This is a must have experience for anyone coming to Greece.

We had a wonderful day on the Delphi tour. Rain had been in the forecast but somehow while on the tour the rain held off. The Delphi site was a fascinating place to learn about and the view from the top was spectacular. And speaking of views, the lunch and view from the restaurant was incredible. We even had time to walk around the village to do some shopping!

Traveling with these two was so much fun! It felt like if you had made friends with some Greeks and they wanted to show you all their favorite places. The conversation on the way to Delphi and throughout the day was very enjoyable. The dinner was definitely the highlight! What a beautiful restaurant location with such a spectacular view, and the food was delicious! Mary grew up in Delphi area and adds a personal touch about the history of the town and ruins which makes it feel like a local showing you around versus a formal tour guide which was really nice. Definitely a highlight during our trip. The Delphi ruins are incredible, so much history and myth! It feels like you are transported back in time to the era of Apollo and the oracles.
