In my workshop there are three traditional looms and materials for weaving. I will teach you how the loom works and with my help and guidance you will weave your own work that you will be able take with you. Υou will choose materials from the existing ones in the workshop, or you can use your own.
Section 1: The Vision Image: A vibrant, urban neighborhood with energy-efficient buildings At the heart of our concept is a vision for an urban neighborhood that prioritizes sustainability, energy efficiency, and smart living. We believe that by embracing green technologies and design principles, we can create a better quality of life for residents while reducing our environmental footprint.
Section 2: Proof of Concept Image: A small-scale model unit showcasing sustainable features
Step 1: Selecting the Perfect Location To illustrate the potential of our concept, we carefully chose a small parcel of land in the target urban area that embodies the characteristics of our larger vision.
Step 2: Innovative DesignImage: Architectural renderings of the model unit We've designed a beautiful, energy-efficient model unit that showcases our sustainable features, including solar panels, energy-efficient insulation, green building materials, and state-of-the-art smart home technology.
Step 3: Securing Approvals Image: Building permits and zoning approvals Before any construction began, we diligently obtained the necessary permits and approvals from local authorities to ensure compliance with all zoning laws and building codes.
Step 4: Building the Model UnitImage: Construction in progress Our team worked tirelessly to bring our design to life, constructing the model unit to exact specifications, incorporating all the sustainable features and technologies.
Step 5: Showcasing the POCImage: Open house event with visitors exploring the model unit We opened the doors to our model unit, inviting visitors, potential investors, and partners to explore and experience our innovative concept firsthand. This allowed them to see, touch, and feel the sustainable features in action.
Step 6: Data and FeedbackGraphs and charts showcasing energy consumption and cost savings We gathered valuable data on energy consumption, cost savings, and more from the model unit. Visitor feedback and expert opinions were crucial in understanding the market's interest and perspectives on our concept.
Section 3: The Results Image: Presentation slides summarizing the results With the data and feedback collected during the POC phase, we've created a compelling presentation that demonstrates the feasibility, benefits, and market potential of our sustainable real estate concept. We are excited to share the positive outcomes with you.

This was a wonderful, relaxing experience in an idyllic setting. It was really quiet and peaceful and pleasantly cool up in the mountains. Aggeliki was extremely welcoming and she even made a coffee for my husband (who wasn’t weaving) and let him sit outside and enjoy the view.
Once Aggeliki showed me how to use the loom, I found the process pretty straightforward so she let me work freely and just get on with weaving my fabric. She came along to assist any time I needed help. I was really happy with the result, and can’t wait to display it in my home. Thoroughly recommended for anyone who enjoys textile crafts!

Aggeliki and her daughter are so lovely and excellent hosts! We had a great time learning to weave, and we love our fabrics. It was a perfect way to spend a morning. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Lefkada.

This was such a meditative and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend taking the time to visit with Aggeliki and weave with the old looms!
